Let's Go Fishin'

I'm Granddad, and I like to fish, hunt small game like rabbits, squirrels, quail and dove, cook, and build websites. On the various pages here, you will find pictures of fish, squirrels, scenery, and even a few drawings done by my brother, who is quite an artist.

In Granddad's place, you can find recipes for dishes you can make from scratch. For instance, there is a really great recipe for homemade biscuits and one for my tasty Broccoli Beef.

Of course, those are really just teasers (the recipes ARE there, though), because I actually sell most of my recipes. It DOES cost something to maintain this site. Nothing is really free, anymore.

However, the cost of Granddad's recipes is not that great, and the knowledge of how to bake a batch of biscuits from scratch may soon be lost to the world.

On the The Old Texas Fisherman site, you'll find pictures of some of the fish that I and others have caught. Some are interesting, some are really BIG As time goes by, you'll be finding some fish stories, etc. there, too.

I was a computer technician for 23 years, and I still build and repair computers and printers. I also drive 'hotshot' for a trucking company out of Houston, Texas.

I speak English and Spanish, and read a couple of other languages.
